The Mike's Club Thrift Store accepts almost any kind of donated items: clothing, furniture, household necessities, and more. We sell these donated items at rock bottom prices, but we give away as much as we sell.
We only ask that items be clean and in good condition, without missing or broken parts.
Donations can be dropped off at our store (at 218 S. 2nd St) any time during store hours (10 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday).
A Good Neighbor Card is a gift card you can buy for someone who is struggling. If you like, you can pick it up and give it to someone yourself or, like most people do, you can let us give it to a person or family in need.
The recipient can use their Good Neighbor Card as store credit in our thrift store, to buy up to $25 in clothing or other necessities. $25 may not seem like much but, in our store, a person can clothe their entire family with that! With this card, the person can get what they need, and we ring up their purchase just like any other customer. We record the amount of their purchase, and deduct it from the $25. A cardholder can continue to make purchases until they’ve used up the entire amount.
Mike’s Club Foods Inc, our nonprofit food pantry, operates what we call our Little Free Grocery. Our shelves are stocked with food items donated by people in the community, which we make available for free to anyone in need. Although we are small, we now feed more than 100 people every week.
We ask that food items be in date and unopened.
Grocery donations can be dropped off at our store (at 2 S. 2nd St) any time during store hours (10 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday).
